Wonderful stay. Will be back again for sure if I come to Paris
It was clean and new. The staff were hospitable and amazing particularly Zakaria you will find him smiling with warm welcome in the lobby towards the food area after the bar. He is really a very nice guy. I was sick and not feeling well and my room wasn’t ready and he did all he can do to make a relief god bless him.

The room was bigger than usual in Paris, the staff and the breakfast were very good, close to a lot of options of transportation to all places in Paris ,recommended a lot and will come back to this hotel for sure.

Wonderful
The room was quiet and well organised. Very cozy. Beds were comfortable. Laundry room in the building was a gem and lifesaver. Coffee machine in the room was great. Good equipment of the kitchenette. We liked the design. Also bathroom was good size. Fast check-in out. Staff very friendly and helpful. Water fountain in the lounge was something we used very often.
Unfortunately, one of the elevator didn't work and that was sometimes challenging with only one working. To check in we had to wait 25 min for the staff to come. After long trip and multiple flights when you are tired fast check-in is crucial for first impression and....To rest... TV SAMSUNG - We were hoping to connect our mobiles and watch sth. Unfortunately you can connect only the sound. The rest of the functions were blocked. No English channels or at least English subtitles what was surprising in such a multicultural city.
